*SPECIALTIES*

The following specialties are some of Yoshi's finest Inside-Out rolls. The main ingredients make up the inside of the roll and are rolled within a sheet of toasted nori and a thin layer of our sushi rice and gently topped with tobiko on the outside. 

SPIDER ROLL
Hana's delicious Spider Roll is one of the most popular items on the menu. Filled with deep-fried soft-shelled crab and delicately sliced cucumber with a touch of mayonnaise. 

RAINBOW ROLL 
Yoshi's California Roll is further wrapped with pieces of shrimp, tuna, salmon, octopus, yellowtail and avocado, making this one of our most colorful and tasty Inside-Out offerings. 

HANA ROLL 
Tuna, yellowtail, green onion and pickled carrots are first wrapped in nori seaweed and lightly fried with a tempura batter, then rolled in our sushi rice and topped with tobiko. The combination of crunchiness from the tempura coupled with the tender and succulent fish make this roll a favorite amongst our Hanaphiles! If you prefer cooked fish, this may be your best bet!! 

TEMPURA ROLL
This is another "cooked" item on our menu. Shrimp tempura is rolled with thinly sliced cucumber and a dollop of mayonnaise. A mix of textures and flavors, the Tempura Roll is one of Hana's comfort foods.

ROCK'N ROLL 
Savory and a hint of sweet, Yoshi's barbecued unagi, along with avocado and thinly sliced cucumber are winning combinations. 

CATERPILLAR ROLL 
This artfully created roll includes unagi and thinly sliced cucumber on the inside, a topping of tobiko, and a thin layer of avocado slices adorn the outside. With an additional touch of radish sprouts, the resemblance to a caterpillar is whimsical and delicious.

SALMON SKIN ROLL
Grilled salmon skin, thinly sliced cucumber, radish sprouts and pickled carrot rolled inside out and topped with tobiko. One of our personal favorites…and a great way to get those Omega 3’s.

PHILADELPHIA ROLL 
Salmon, cream cheese and avocado are rolled inside out and topped with tobiko. A refreshing mix of flavors.

KAREN ROLL 
Named after one of our best customers, this dish was created by request and now is lovingly referred to as the Karen Roll. Yellowtail and papaya slices are rolled inside out and topped with crushed macadamia nuts. 

DRAGON ROLL
Yoshi's California Roll wrapped with unagi and avocado slices. Another Hana favorite! 

TIGER ROLL 
A Tempura Roll wrapped with unagi slices. Get in touch with your umami! 

MONKEY ROLL
The combination of our succulent yellowtail and addition of chili oil, tobiko and avocado make this one of our most sought after Inside-Out rolls.

*SPICY*

LIGHTNING ROLL 
Chopped tuna marinated with chili oil is rolled inside out with cream cheese, pickled carrot and avocado. Let it rain! 

BOGEY ROLL 
Hana's California Roll is topped with spicy sea bass and covered with dried shaved bonito flakes and splash of Yoshi's special sauce. 

TIFFANY ROLL
Yoshi's masterpiece is perfected with delicately broiled mix of chopped shrimp, green onion, chili paste and a dab of mayonnaise rolled inside out with avocado, cucumber and radish sprouts and topped with tobiko. You may ask for extra chili to make it a HOT TIFFANY!

DYNAMITE ROLL 
Chopped tuna is mixed with green onion and chili paste and rolled inside-out with thinly sliced cucumber and topped with tobiko. These flavors will explode in your mouth (in a good way!). 

SPICY TUNA ROLL 
Chopped tuna is mixed with chili oil, green onion and a dab of mayonnaise and rolled inside out with thinly sliced cucumber and topped with tobiko. Another one of Yoshi's masterpieces. 

SPICY SCALLOP ROLL 
This signature piece has scallops mixed with chili oil, green onion and a dab of mayonnaise, rolled inside out with thinly sliced cucumber. It is topped with tobiko. 

SPICY GILROY ROLL
Chopped salmon is mixed w/ garlic, chili oil, green onion, a hint of mayonnaise and rolled inside out with avocado. This will satisfy anyone's need for spiciness. Feel free to request your spice index from mild to extra hot! 

TATAKI (SASHIMI) 
This unique white tuna sashimi is marinated lightly with freshly ground ginger and Yoshi's special sauce. This is one of Hana's true delicacies.
